So asking the question with me as the Querant was interesting. I didn’t get a final answer, but I think it’s interesting what did come up.
Most of you are not familiar with Horary Astrology. It’s a division of Astrology that answers specific questions. The chart is set up for the moment the question is asked, and the location of the Querant. Since I am the Querant, I set up the location for Los Angeles.
The chart is below. Please understand you cannot read this the same way you would any other chart. Everything means something else entirely. We’re looking for the answer to a specific questions, often many parts of the chart are not even relevant to the answer.
The question was asked on a new moon, and the Moon was combust [too close to the Sun to have any real power]. This indicates the Querant [me] is stressed out and anxious about the question. The Querant [me] may not be thinking clearly.
The Question was asked when the Rising sign was 29 degrees in Aquarius. The ruler of the 1st house is Saturn. The 29th degree is the last degree in any sign, and because it is such a late degree rising it indicates that the Querant [me] is desperate and asks out of hopelessness. Or, may already know the answer, and the Querant [me] doesn’t like it.
All of this makes the question and the situation unstable.
Since this all accurately describes my exact feelings, I’m not the one to ask this question or look at someone else’s question. I’ll admit, I was shocked when I looked at this and found so much anxiety wrapped up in the question itself. As I’ve said, Horary Astrology is surprisingly accurate, but not in the ways most expect.
I cannot do another question to try and get a clear answer. The first chart is the chart for the question, and while this is not a ‘no’ or ‘yes’ answer, it is definitely a question that I am too wrapped up in to get a clear answer. None of this means I know the winner or the loser of the 2020 election. I find it very interesting that the chart itself picked up the stress and anxiety surrounding this election.

Cait, I’m so excited about your website – looks like its been up and running for a long time, and I’m the johnny-come-lately. But seriously – congratulations.
Truly understand the anxiety around the election. I’ve been trying to get on to the off ramp of worrying about it. Among other things, its explicitly against my religion to be too invested in this stuff! But, I do have a question about one particular candidate’s chances. How would I go about asking the question – which chart is the right one? I have a bazillion questions about the site, but mostly – just really happy to see you doing the work you love. 🙂

Oh my sweet friend, I am so happy you found your way here. I’ve been working on it for a little over a year, and while it’s had it challenges, I’m happy with it. It enables me to do the writing I love so much, and to look at different charts. I am happy, and I do love my work. I am so blessed to have the passion and the ability to do the work I love so much. Truly Blessed indeed.
Humm, well, you can just ask the question in a straightforward manner [an horary chart like the one I did here], or you can ask me to look at the natal chart of the candidate to answer the question. I think either will work. Don’t use the products page, just message me [on twitter will work] and we can work out any $$ issues.
You’ve been on my side for such a long time, and I just want to thank you for all your support over the years. You have brought nothing but light into my life.
